Each year a leadership team is chosen that normally includes a head and deputy head boy and girl, heads of sport and worship leader. There is a careful process that seeks to choose these students in recognition of their Christian character and leadership aptitude. They take an active part in such areas as assemblies, school wide events and provide good role models for out youngest to oldest students.
The school has an active school council made up of representatives from each level Years 5 - 13. This group under the guidance of the Head of Primary, is responsible for liaising between form classes and the group on matters of student interest, concerns and suggestions, organising special events and making representation to the staff and Board on student matters via the student elected Board representative.
The School is organised into four Houses, each of which is led by two senior (Secondary) and two junior (Primary) students. Houses meet for a wide variety of activities and are a vital component behind sporting and Cultural events within the school. Each house is organised by four teachers

At the end of the Year we recognize achievement by way of a school prizegiving evening, a compulsory student and community event for all families of the school.
